Health Tips

There are many ways to improve our health each day!

A very important note: Our emotional health significantly affects our physical health.

  • First thought upon waking up: Celebrate that you are alive to live & be healthy another day!

  • Welcome a brand new day! Make each day very special and unique. Don’t wait till the holiday. Life is very fragile.

  • Take 10 deep breaths with 10 big smiles (smile on the exhale).

  • For the first negative thought that comes to your mind, write it down on a sheet(s) of toilet paper 😄. Then flush it!

  • Letting go is the greatest gift for our gut, which is also our “second” brain. It plays a super important role in our overall health.

  • Before stepping out to the world, make a conscious decision of whether you want to be happy or unhappy today. This sets the direction of your day:

    • If you choose to be happy, congratulations on making a great choice! You will also attract happy people to your day. 😄

    • If you choose to be unhappy, the reality is that it does not make anything better ☹. It adds more stress to your body. So your only choice is to be happy! Give it a try.

    • If you feel guilty of being happy because your loved one is sick, being sad does not heal your loved one. When you stay positive, your loved one will feel it and his/her emotional self will stimulate his/her body to recover! Remember that laughter is the best medicine.

    • If you feel bad about other people in the world who are suffering, then do something about it such as do volunteering work or give donation. Feeling unhappy does not solve hunger nor bring world peace. Every individual can make a difference in the world . But it starts with happiness within herself or himself.

    • If you are afraid to feel happy because you may feel unhappy next (maybe for superstitious reason), try feeling happy and laugh out loud for 30 seconds. “Don’t worry, be happy”. Everything is going to be fine.

  • Set a vision for your day of how you want your day to be like. Either write it down, draw it out, or simply make a mental picture. If you cannot think of anything, think of a beautiful image and keep that picture in your mind throughout the day.

  • Make two liters of water by adding a pinch of sea salt and 5 drops of fresh squeeze lemon in each liter. This method of creating natural electrolyte in the water is the simplest & most economical way. Our whole body & our brain could absorb the water quickly without going through our digestive system. This was accredited to Dr. Gary Samuelson, Ph.D. Atomic Medical Physicist. Please don’t drop any pieces of lemon in the water. Just squeeze 5 drops of lemon to alkaline the water. The salt will add back the minerals that were missing due to our tap water being purified. If you could let the water sit in a jug (or Brita water filter jug) overnight for the chlorine to evaporate (yes we have chlorine in our tap water). Then boil the water the next day. Let it cool completely before adding salt and 5 drops of lemon. When we over do it, the body will detect that as “food”. When we drink the water, it will go down to our digestive system to process. Our cells won’t be able to grab the natural electrolyte water right away. Some of us may think that drinking lemon tea does the same. It is not. Again, it is treated as food, not natural electrolyte water.

  • Drink the first tall glass of natural electrolyte water 15 minutes before breakfast. Your body will appreciate us a lot especially after a whole night of hard work in detoxing and cell repairing.

  • Pick an exercise that you enjoy such as going for a nice morning walk. Morning fresh air is the best. If you don’t have time, try jumping rope or do a 5 minute Nia dancing. Meditation also counts because it also triggers the release of endorphins.

  • Have a nice healthy breakfast. Be grateful of the meal and taste the meal wholeheartedly.

  • During your day, if you encounter any negative criticism at work or at home, have a big smile because that will go onto the toilet paper soon!

  • Stand strong that you deserve to be healthy and happy. Don’t let people’s opinion changes who you are or add doubts to who you are.

  • Carrying other people’s problems especially you didn’t do anything wrong puts a huge stress onto your body, both physically and emotionally. Ironically, the person who caused the issue does not even blink.

  • The truth is everyone has a different brain, and everyone’s thought process is different. If you accept the difference, it is a lot easy than asking why. If everyone thinks and reasons like us, then it makes us not so unique anymore. You would like to think that you are unique and special right?

  • Remember to drink water during the day because your cells are constantly fighting foreign particles from your environment to keep us alive. Without adequate water, these wastes released from the cells will just remain in your body going nowhere.

  • Have a nice healthy lunch. Be grateful of the meal. Eating our meal with full attention rather than with distraction makes a big difference for our digestion. Remember the gut and brain connection?

  • Do something fun and silly for at least 5 minutes a day such as laughing for no reason or tell a joke and cause someone to laugh. Laughter and happiness are very attractive. See 5 Minutes Exercises for ideas.

  • Unless there is no sun for the day, try to get a least 15 minutes of sunlight in the morning or afternoon when the UV level is low.

  • Have a nice healthy and light dinner.

  • Meditate and be grateful of your day, yourself, and the people you care and love 💖. Mentally discard the people who are negative and don’t deserve your attention to make more loving space for the people who do including yourself.

  • After 9 PM, don’t watch or listen to anything that is negative. Don’t think of anything that is negative either. You have done an amazing job for the day. No more tasks or chores. It is time to unwind. If you have time, watch something funny. Laugh for at least 1 minute. Listen to relaxing music. Read a book.

  • Each day is unique by itself. It is not a continuation or recycle of the previous day(s).

  • Congratulation on completing your one-of-a-kind day! Pad yourself on the back. Have a sweet dream 😴💤
