Our heart health depends on our nutrition, fitness, exercise, diet, self-care, and hydration.

Heart food is very similar to brain food. Eat high quality Omega 3 fatty acids. Healthy nuts and green leafy vegetables.

It is important to remain calm and peaceful in dealing with stress. Instead of continue to propel in dealing with stress, take at least a 5 minute break to pause on thinking any problem. Meditation helps balancing our heart pressure and prevent the out of balance between our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

After dinner time, try not to watch any negative news that increases your stress level.
