Our physical health is important to us. Without it, it affects our look, mobility, our vision, hearing, sense of touch.

The most important thing for our physical health is sunlight, nutrition, hydration, oxygen, exercise, and sleep. What we eat affects our physical a lot. Believe or not, our mental health also affects our physical health. Keeping in shape both physically and mentally.

Eating food rich in minerals and vitamins is important. This includes green leafy vegetables as well as proteins.
